it does nothing for fast twitch muscle fibers… these simple exercises are used for dynamic warmups on lifting day to teach proper sprinting mechanics. To recruit and help build fast twitch muscle fibers is to do low rep weightlifting to help build power with are fast twitch muscle fibers there are two diffrent types of fast twitch muscle fibers then you have slow twitch and FOG muscle fibers.. My suggestion is to do some type of cluster rep training it helps recruit fast twitch fibers faster.

Guys are wrong.. it doesnt help with you stride.. it helps with acceleration movement. Hint”A” for Accleration movement.. Stride movement would be consider B mechanics..diffrence there is A mechanics and there is B mechanics. Like a sprinter and Accleration exercise will help it just teaches you how to drive the knee up keep the heel in a straight line to the glutes and have your toe up causing dorsoflexin.
